We are not responsible for delays or losses due to force majeure, strikes, or direct carrier disruptions. However, we guarantee full support to resolve delivery issues. In the event of an unusual delay, please contact us.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Q: What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, as required by European regulations. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within this period, without having to provide any reason.
We also offer a 30-day return window for defective products from the date of delivery.

Q: What are the conditions for returning an item?

The item must be in like-new condition: unworn, unwashed, free from signs of use, and complete with all original tags and, if possible, the original packaging.

Q: Who pays the return shipping costs?

Unless the item is defective or non-compliant, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer . If we provide you with a prepaid return label, the cost of this service will be deducted from the refund amount.
