1) Commercial return window – 30 days - DEFECTIVE product

We offer a 30-day commercial return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in like-new condition, unworn, unwashed, free from signs of use, with tags attached, and preferably in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, log in to your user account , select the order number, item(s), and the reason for the return.
We'll send you instructions and, if applicable, a return label. Packages sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return costs due to manufacturing defects (30 days): unless otherwise indicated/promoted, return shipping costs are at our expense.

Please note: This trading policy is in addition to and does not limit your rights under the EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days) .

2) Right of withdrawal (EU) - 14 days

If the shipment is destined for the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have another 14 days to ship the return.

To initiate a return, log in to your user account , select the order number, item(s) and the reason for the return.
We'll send you instructions and, if applicable, a return label. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Packages sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Condition: The item can be tried on as if in a store; any use beyond the try-on period (e.g., worn outside, signs of wear) may result in a decrease in value that will be deducted from the refund. The original tags must be present.

Refund: Within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of shipment, we will refund:

  • the price of the product;

The refund will be processed to the original payment method. It may take a few business days for your bank/credit card company to update your statement.

3) Replacements / size changes

The fastest way to get an exchange is to return the item and purchase the new one separately. Alternatively, we can issue a store credit when applicable.

4) Items excluded from returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • personalized or made-to-measure items;

  • underwear and swimwear if the hygienic seal has been removed or damaged;

  • already opened personal care products;

  • gift vouchers;

  • dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases.

If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

5) Defective or non-compliant products (Legal guarantee)

If you receive a defective or non-compliant item, please write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description at customercare@tresamie.com

We will apply the legal guarantee of conformity (24 months): free repair or replacement; if impossible or excessive, price reduction or resolution with refund.

6) Product condition and packaging

To avoid damage in transit, use adequate packaging (preferably the original). Failure to use the original packaging does not preclude a return, but any damage during return may result in a reduction in your refund due to diminished value.

7) International and non-EU returns

For returns from non-EU countries, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. Any return costs and customs formalities are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defect or error attributable to TRÉS AMIE.

8) Operating times and assistance

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an approval/adjustment notification.
If you don't see your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact customercare@tresamie.com .
