The website www.tresamie.com (hereinafter, the “ Site ”) is owned by Mindset SRL , owner of the TRÉS AMIE trademark, with registered office in Via Marco Partipilo 32, 70124 Bari (BA), Italy, and operational headquarters in Via Melbourne, 100 – 00139 Rome (RM), Italy, VAT number / Tax ID: IT05336660286, contact email info@tresamie.com (hereinafter, “ TRÉS AMIE ”, “ we ” or “ our ”).
Access to and use of the Site, as well as the purchase of products available online, are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (hereinafter, the " Terms "). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in compliance with the law and these Terms.
It is prohibited:

TRÉS AMIE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site in the event of improper use or violation of the Terms.
2. Products and availability
The essential characteristics of the products are illustrated in the relevant information sheets. All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT , unless otherwise indicated.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly in color or craftsmanship. TRÉS AMIE reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without notice.
3. Orders and conclusion of the contract
Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is considered finalized upon the user's receipt of an Order Confirmation via email.
In case of unavailability of the product, TRÉS AMIE will inform the user and refund the amount paid within 14 working days .
TRÉS AMIE reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that are:

incomplete or incorrect;

coming from users with whom there are ongoing disputes;

without guarantees of solvency or with payment not successful.
4. Payments
Payments are handled through secure payment platforms (e.g., credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, etc.) provided by third-party operators. TRÉS AMIE does not collect or store payment card information.
You warrant that you have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method you choose when placing your order.
5. Shipping and deliveries
Shipments are made to the address indicated at the time of ordering. Costs and delivery times are specified in the "Shipping and Returns" section of the Website.
TRÉS AMIE is not responsible for delays due to force majeure, strikes, or disruptions attributable to the carriers in charge.
6. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code , the user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without penalty and without having to indicate the reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a written communication to info@tresamie.com , specifying the order number and the products to be returned.

Return conditions:

intact product, unused, unwashed and complete with original labels;

shipping within 14 days of notification of withdrawal;

Return costs are to be borne by the user, except for defective or incorrect products.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the eligible return (or proof of shipment), using the same payment method used for the purchase.
7. Defective or incorrect products
If the product is defective or does not conform to your order, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending an email with a photo and description to info@tresamie.com . TRÉS AMIE will replace the item or issue a full refund , including shipping costs.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, code, videos, trademarks, layout) is the exclusive property of Mindset SRL or its licensors. Any reproduction, modification, or unauthorized use of the Site's content is prohibited.
9. Links to third-party sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites not operated by TRÉS AMIE. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such external sites.
10. Limitation of liability
TRÉS AMIE will not be responsible for:

indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the inability to access it;

data loss, service interruptions or technical errors;

improper use of purchased products.
In any case, TRÉS AMIE's maximum liability to the user may not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
11. Modification of the Terms
TRÉS AMIE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of the changes.
12. Applicable law and competent court
These Terms are governed by Italian law . Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome , unless otherwise provided for by the Consumer Code.
